# Content calendar

> Visualizing creator posting schedules and planning your content program.

## Overview

The **content calendar** in each project gives you a time-based view of when tracked videos were posted. It helps you visualize posting consistency, identify gaps, and plan your program cadence.

Navigate to **Project → Content calendar**.

## What you'll see

The calendar has one row per creator and one column per day, by posted date in your organization's time zone. Each cell shows:
- The number of tracked videos that creator posted that day
- Click a cell to see the videos

The **Total** row and column add up the days and the creators.

## Filtering

- **View**: a week or a month, with arrows to move between periods.
- **Campaign**: only the creators in one campaign.
- **Platform**: **All**, **TikTok** or **Instagram**. Picking a platform counts only that platform's posts in every cell and total, lists only creators with an account on it, and shows that account's handle.

## Using the calendar for planning

The content calendar is a read-only view of historical posting: it shows you what happened, not what's scheduled.

> **Tip: Useful for**
>
> Use it alongside goals to spot patterns:
>
> - Are creators posting consistently or in bursts?
> - Are there week-long gaps that might affect campaign reach?
> - Is posting frequency meeting your program requirements?

For goal-based frequency tracking, see [Creator Goals](https://www.trackagoat.com/docs/guides/goals.md).
