Reviewing pending videos in Selective and Hashtag tracking modes, and using bulk actions.
The Tracking Inbox is where videos land when they need a human decision. Because tracking mode lives on the account (not the creator), different accounts on the same creator can behave differently.
Videos arrive in the inbox from two tracking modes:
pending_review.Either way, a pending_review video is not included in campaign or project stats until reviewed.
Navigate to Tracking Inbox in the sidebar.
Each inbox item shows:
For each video you can:

| Approve | Sets status to included. Video counts in all stats. |
| Exclude | Sets status to excluded. Video is hidden from stats and the API. |
To review many videos at once:
Use the filter to narrow by creator, date range, or search term.
Check the checkboxes on the videos you want to act on (or use "Select all").
Click Approve selected or Exclude selected.
If an account regularly posts content that's always on-topic, switch it to Auto tracking mode instead of approving videos one by one. The Tracking Inbox is best for accounts that mix relevant and off-topic content.

The navigation shows a badge with the count of pending videos. This badge updates in real time as you approve or exclude videos.
