Contact

For all support requests, email support@trackagoat.com. Include:

  • Your organization name
  • A description of the issue or request
  • Any relevant error messages or screenshots

Common requests

Tier upgrade

Tier upgrades are currently handled manually — Stripe billing is not yet wired. To request an upgrade:

Email support@trackagoat.com with your org name and the tier you'd like. Upgrades take effect within one business day.

Limit raise

If you need a specific limit raised without a full tier upgrade:

Email support@trackagoat.com with your org name and which limit key you need raised (e.g., max_creators_per_org). Per-org overrides take effect immediately once applied by the team.

Data issues

If you notice a creator's stats look wrong or a scrape has stalled:

Check last_scraped_at

Check last_scraped_at in the creator detail view.

Trigger a manual refresh

Try triggering a manual refresh (if you have daily triggers remaining).

Contact support

If the issue persists after 24 hours, contact support.

Reporting bugs

For bug reports, include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Browser and OS (for UI issues)
  • The URL you were on

Response times

Support is currently handled by a small team. Expect responses within 1–2 business days. Critical issues (data loss, complete outages) are escalated immediately.
