trackagoat is a TikTok creator program tracking tool. It scrapes creator and video stats on a schedule, organizes them into projects and campaigns, and lets you set goals, review content, and analyze performance over time.

What trackagoat tracks

  • Creators — TikTok accounts whose follower counts, total likes, and video counts are scraped on a configurable schedule.
  • Videos — Individual TikTok videos with view, like, comment, and share counts tracked over time.
  • Campaigns — Named groupings of creators, videos, and nested sub-campaigns, with recursive aggregate stats.
  • Creator Goals — Per-creator performance targets with compliance tracking.

How data flows

Data is scraped by a background worker service on Railway, not in real time. Creator stats and new video discovery refresh every 12 hours; individual video view counts refresh every 4–8 hours depending on how recently the video was posted.

When you add a creator or video, trackagoat dispatches a scraping job to a Railway worker that calls the TikTok API via Apify. Results are written back to your org and appear in the dashboard. Stats history is retained based on your plan tier.
