Most creator programs are run by hand. Someone opens every video, copies the views into a sheet, screenshots posts as proof and works out payouts at the end of the month.

That takes hours, and it’s easy to miss a post or count one twice. A sheet can’t go get the numbers for you, add them up by campaign or tell you who still needs to be paid.

trackagoat finds each creator’s posts, keeps their stats updated and adds them up by campaign. It works out payouts from your payout structures (flat fees, goals, CPM, view milestones or conversions), and you pay creators from trackagoat or record what you paid. Campaign, Creator and Video Insights show what’s working across the program.

From the start, trackagoat was built for AI agents as well as people. The data model, the REST API, the hosted MCP server and the docs were designed so Claude Code, Codex or another coding agent can add creators, set goals, check who’s behind and record payouts with you. Every docs page is also available as Markdown, so an agent can read how something works before it does it.

Every org, project, campaign, creator, video and payout record has a Markdown document too. Your team writes context and rules there, and agents read them before they act and add what they find. Each teammate has one that tells their agent who they are and how they want help.

It’s the best fit if your program lives on TikTok and your team loves working with coding agents. Instagram is supported too. If your program is mostly on YouTube, trackagoat isn’t the right tool, because it doesn’t track YouTube.
