Campaigns and goals

Put creators into campaigns and give each one a goal.

A campaign adds up the views, likes and posts of everything in it. A goal is something like 15 posts a week, or a views, engagement or follower target, and you can see at a glance who’s hitting it.

Each campaign shows its creators, videos and views, with a 30-day trend.

Make a campaign, set goals, then check who’s on pace.

  1. Make a campaign. Add creators, single videos or other campaigns. Everything inside adds up to the campaign’s totals.

  2. Set goals for creators. Pick posts, views, engagement or followers gained, a daily, weekly or monthly period, and a number to hit.

  3. Check progress. During the period each goal shows On Track, Behind Pace or At Risk. After it ends, Completed or Missed.

Campaign totals add up through every level.

A campaign can hold creators, single videos and other campaigns, nested as deep as you need. A video only counts once, even if it’s in the campaign on its own and through its creator.
  • Split by platform. A By platform card shows views and video count for TikTok and Instagram.
  • No loops. You can’t add a campaign to one of its own sub-campaigns, so totals never loop.
  • View targets. Give a campaign a view target and a target date, and track it as Completed, On Track, At Risk or Missed.

Campaigns guide

Each goal is compared with where it should be by now.

During a period, progress is compared with how much of the target should be done by now. The first 15% of each period is a grace window, so a goal doesn’t show At Risk on day one.
  • Scoped to accounts. A goal can count all of a creator’s accounts, one platform, or one account.
  • Whole posts. For posts goals the expected count rounds down, so a creator isn’t behind until a whole post is due.
  • Followers per account. Follower goals measure growth on each account from its own starting count.

Goals guide

Goals are judged only for full periods.

A goal with start and end dates is only judged for the full weeks or months between them. A partial first or last period is never marked Missed or At Risk, and it doesn’t earn a goal-based payout.
  • Judged dates shown. Each goal shows the periods it’s judged in, and “Not judged this period” when the current one doesn’t count.
  • Data advisory. For 48 hours after a period ends, a caution icon notes that late posts may still be counted.

Share a creator’s stats with them.

Make a private link for any creator, protected by a 4-digit PIN. They can see their stats, a views chart, their goals and their videos (and their payouts if you turn that on) without logging in.
  • You stay in control. Regenerate the PIN to sign everyone out, turn the page off, or delete the link.
  • In bulk. Create pages for many creators at once, with a PIN for each or one shared PIN.
